Hey kitkats!

Just wanted to take a moment to wish you all a happy Earth Day! We live on an extraordinarily beautiful planet. Unfortunately, we do not always take the time to appreciate it as much as we should. So today, take time to notice the little moments of beauty our planet has to offer. Also, do something that can help preserve and enhance the resources we have!

Here are 10 simple ways to celebrate Earth Day:

1. Take time to stop and smell a flower as you walk by.

2. Recycle this morning’s newspaper once you finish reading.

3. Plant a tree!

4. Weed the garden - make room for those beautiful plants to grow!

5. Turn off the water while you brush your teeth.

6. Eat organic fruits and veggies for a day! It never hurts to try something new!

7. Turn off the lights when you leave the room.

8. Leave the car in the garage. Take a walk or ride a bike to enjoy the beauty around you.

9. Go to a park and play games with friends.

10. Have a picnic! Get some fresh air and enjoy some time with friends or family!

Hope this helps give you some ideas for celebrating Earth Day!

Hey kitkats!

Giving back is always the most rewarding thing a person can do. Today, I was able to do that with Ooh La La Couture at Tutus for Tots! At the event, we got to help give out dresses and accessories to underprivileged girls and their families. These are my favorite kinds of events!

I went to the premiere of Disney’s new movie, John Carter last week! What a great movie! Tons of action and great 3D technology!
